Jonahmae Panen Pacala also known by her pseudonym as Jonaxx, is a Filipino author. Jonaxx was born on 23 January 1991 and she is hailing from Cagayan de Oro, Philippines. She is currently the most followed Wattpad author worldwide with over 5 million and is widely known as the "Wattpad queen" and "Pop fiction queen".
Jonaxx attended the Xavier University- Ate neo de Cagayan, where she graduated with a bachelor's degree in early childhood education in 2011. She mainly speaks English, Tagalog and Visayan.
Jonaxx is one of the all-time best selling authors in the Philippines. In 2017, she published around 150 000 caples of her books and was featured in Yes!magazine. Her best works include Pop Fiction's Mapapansim Kaya?, Every Beast Needs a Beauty and the Bala Sakali Trilogy- some of which made it to the National Book Store's local fiction bestseller lists.
On July 26, 2020 Jonaxx launched her own free online reading application, Jonaxx Stories, an iOS, and on August 7, 2020, it was released on Android. On February 23, 202, Jonaxx Stories surpassed one million downloads on Google Play Store. On April 15, 2022, iPhone Apps in App Store in Philippines, behind wattpad.
Jonaxx has won 24 different awards from different platforms for different stories. She has MyWatty Choice Awards in 2015 for Sister of Popular and won Best Romance Story and People's choice awards for her book Unit Trilogy. She is also the most followed wattpad author worldwide, the best-selling author, and the jaw dripping plot twist author. She is also the most influential writer/author on Wattpad.
