Which is my favourite character and why

My favourite character is Thomas. On the story, Thomas is described as a young nerdy boy who is extremely annoying. When no one wanted to be friends with Lexi, he tried to befriend Lexi but she just found him annoying and she pushed him away so she could focus on fitting in and being popular like her brother. But Thomas never gave up. He continued to be a good friend to Lexi no matter what she went through. He supported  her and guided her when no one was there for her. Though Thomas had no confidence, he used to stand up for Lexi against her brother and the populars. He saved Lexi when she tried to kill herself again. He saw something in Lexi that other people could not see, a sweet girl who is just seeking her brother back. He encouraged therapy for her even when she was refusing.

I admire him because he knows what he wants and he acts upon it. Though he is known as a nerd and he gets bullied for his nerdy behavior, he never tried to change himself so he could fit in.

Thomas works really hard at school so he could build his mother a proper house. He is so straight forward, he knows how his facts and he is not a judgmental person.

Thomas also has a good way of controlling his temper. He has been provoked a lot of times but never responded. He just calm himself down and continue with his life. Unlike many other people of our age, he does not let his anger out on other people, instead he reads books to feel better.
